Not
only the type of food we eat is bad for our health, but the amounts we eat. In

you eat too much sugary fatty foods you will eat more than your body really
needs. This is not rocket science so why are we all so over weight

In
other words ; because processed food is very tasty, and the brain and makes you

or will not adapt to the use of highly processed foods , excess fat stores

strokes , diabetes , cancer and kidney problems / liver to name a few health

one way or another will lead to healthy eating and some are more balanced than
