Once I
went to a natural raw food diet 3 months. The food was cooked just ate some
feta cheese and chickpeas. I lost a lot of weight and felt really good! It was
so liberating to be in this raw food diet , because I stopped thinking about
dieting and losing weight, I just ate whatever I wanted - the time it was raw
and natural meat . I can say quite comfortably , you can eat the following in
any amount , as long as you stick to what is on this list - the golden rule is
that you just have to be any refined food raw , so there may be stopped some
foods, but be your own judge .
The
combination of food (not eating certain foods together ) also works well ,
because it ensures rapid digestion, which influences weight loss
.
But
the most important for losing weight naturally , aspect is to eat what God
intended the human body to consume - natural foods free of additives and other
toxic substances integers. In other words, the best foods to eat are rotting in
a couple of days . This , of course , does not include canned vegetables that
can last for years! Please understand that if something has a long shelf life ,
you have to ask yourself what has been added to it to make it last
!

breathing and sweat !
Changing
the way you think about food :
This
is the key to permanent weight loss . The food has to be regarded as necessary
for survival . It should not be used to comply with an empty interior, or as
entertainment when bored , or for comfort. As I mentioned , I went on a raw
food diet 3 months, but had not held me the way I related to food, so when I
finished the raw food diet , which put all the weight they had lost , and more
. Without addressing this vital aspect , is not likely to lose weight
permanently .

you have understood the simplicity of eating for nutritional value , along with
portion control , your life will be much easier and instead of counting
calories each meal , you can begin to start living your life and doing much
more important things to measure grams of fat!
